Job Description :

We're hiring a Level 9 o9 Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our team supporting client delivery across demand planning, supply planning, and control tower initiatives.

In this fully remote role (Chicago-based candidates only), you'll collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze workflows, define solution requirements, support configuration and testing, and ensure seamless implementation of the o9 platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and validate business requirements related to supply chain and planning processes

Design and support solution architecture using o9's digital planning tools (Demand, Supply, S&OP, or Control Tower)

Conduct user story grooming, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog development

Work closely with technical teams to validate data, mapping, and system integration

Facilitate user training, testing support, and post-go-live hypercare

Basic Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in o9 IBP as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst

Strong knowledge of supply chain workflows (planning, forecasting, S&OP, logistics)

Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, design documentation, testing

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred :

Bilingual in English / Spanish or English / Portuguese (especially for LATAM support)
