Job summary

The Role

The Maintenance Pipefitter is responsible for maintenance and repairs of building piping systems.

• Also completing repairs on various piping sytems (compsed of PVC, copper and other piping materials)
• Repairs on potable water, grey water and other piping systems in buildings;
• Repairs to plumbing fixtures and replacements.

Must Have

• Candidates must able to work at extreme heights or small confined spaces. Must be able to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb. Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs.

Nice to Have

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of hot water heating systems and chill water piping systems is a plus.
