Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks an Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist in Warsaw. You will process manual orders, oversee billing, resolve disputes, and support collections to ensure smooth cash flow and a superior customer experience.

The role requires a university degree and 2–3 years in O2C/finance, with English and Italian proficiency and SAP O2C experience. The position offers flexible hours and an inclusive, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years in an O2C or Finance function with process-change experience.
• Proficient in English and Italian; SAP O2C experience.

Responsabilités

• Process manual orders received via phone, fax, and email.
• Manage billing, analyze discrepancies, and pursue collections.
• Track and resolve disputes on billings, credits, or payments.
• Monitor sales orders and interface issues (IDOCs).
• Support O2C projects and drive process improvements.
