Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an applicable field.
• 6+ years of related work experience, or 10 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to learn local, state/federal statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and operations support activities for medium-scale contracts or sites.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure client relationships are maintained through regular communication.
• Ensure contract duties and OSR/OSIP requirements are defined and followed by the team.
• Monitor project risk and manage site profit and loss under direction of operations.
• Identify client needs, propose project plans and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare scope of work, review bids, and make award recommendations.
