Invenergy LLC in Illinois seeks an Operations & Maintenance Manager for the Bishop Hill III Energy Center. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safety, and environmental compliance, leading a team of technicians and support staff to maintain reliability of a 132 MW wind facility.
This role requires hands-on leadership, budgeting, vendor coordination, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.

The Bishop Hill III Energy Center is a 132 MW wind power generation facility located in Andover, IL utilizing GE 2.5 turbine technology.
As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing the Bishop Hill III Energy Center.

Base Pay$115,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annual Bonus: 20% The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills. In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
