Invenergy LLC in Andover, IL, seeks an Operations & Maintenance Manager for the Bishop Hill III Energy Center. You will manage daily operations, safety, and maintenance programs while leading plant staff.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least six months of supervisory experience, strong verbal and written communication, MS Office proficiency, and ability to travel up to 25%. Base pay is $115,000–$155,000 per year plus a 20% bonus, plus medical, dental and vision benefits.

As an Operations & Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing the Bishop Hill III Energy Center.

$115,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 20%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
