Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Operations & Maintenance Project Manager Lead to join our team in Chantilly, VA. You will lead and coordinate operational and maintenance initiatives, providing leadership to a team of Project Managers and overseeing projects from planning through transition to steady-state O&M support.

You will drive standardized practices, manage risk and stakeholder communications, and partner with leadership to ensure successful project execution. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects in an O&M environment.
• Strong knowledge of project-management methodologies, planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiar with ServiceNow and ESP environments/processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers for O&M IT projects.
• Oversee O&M project portfolio including schedules, milestones, risks, issues, deliverables, and governance.
• Drive standardized project-management practices and tools like ServiceNow and ESP.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve escalated issues and manage operational risk.
• Support HR duties including interviewing, hiring, and performance counseling.
• Contribute to Knowledge Articles, Work Instructions, and SOPs.
• Support customer KPIs and travel as required.
