Position Overview

The O&M Field Service Manager serves as a senior technician and technical resource, leading complex maintenance operations and providing mentorship across all solar and energy storage facility types. This advanced role requires expertise in troubleshooting, project leadership, and technical guidance for both field staff and other departments.

As a senior member of the O&M team, the Field Service Manager will lead a team of technicians in maintaining an assigned regional portfolio of sites . They will be the first line of support for their team offering both remote and in person guidance as needed.
