This role will support multiple sites and help build team capability through leadership, coaching, operational follow-through, and safety excellence. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on renewable power generation experience, a strong field leadership mindset, and the ability to partner with site teams, customers, and regional leaders to support reliable site performance.
