DEPCOM Power, Inc. is hiring a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and storage projects across the Southwest. You will build Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, align subcontractors, and ensure delivery on safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
The role is site-based with rotations and potential travel to El Paso, TX. You will drive proactive risk management, manage Change Orders, and maintain excellent customer and stakeholder relationships

You will drive consistent processes that deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining strong subcontractor alignment, regulatory compliance, and customer relationships.

$150,000 - $170,000 (flexible based on experience).
DEPCOM's Project Delivery Organization executes full turnkey PV and BESS plants with collection substations and generation transmission lines.
