Qualifications

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas, building entrances, common spaces, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site requirements.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and shift handoffs.
• Background checks and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, building entrances, common spaces, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations following procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to support orderly operations.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs.
