Qualifications

• Must possess NYS Security Guard License.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and individuals seeking services by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas and report hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting observations for reports.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, requesting assistance as needed.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports with a professional presence.
