Duties

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, while submitting Daily-Weekly- Monthly Reports as required
• Ensure compliance safety inspections with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, including NYCDOB, CH 33, OSHA, NYCDOT, etc
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize accidents and injuries on-site, and investigate and report all accidents as required
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and address any safety concerns
• Collaborate with the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Provide guidance and support to site staff, including training on safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including permits, licenses, and workers' compensation claims, liaison between clients and with city agencie, insurance reps.

Minimum Qualifications

• NYCDOB SSM License
• NYC 62 Hour SST Supervisor Card
