Job summary

Consultora Excelsior is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in New York. You will handle incoming shipments, organize inventory, and ensure accurate packing for outbound orders while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Familiarity with basic inventory handheld scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming freight, scan barcodes, and verify manifest accuracy.
• Stock warehouse shelves and optimize storage space for easy retrieval.
• Pick, pack, and label outbound orders accurately according to packing slips.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure stock tracking accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading vehicles as needed.
