Job Specific Working Conditions: If you have gone through the Summer Intern Experience (SIE) candidate process and have been affirmed,

• Attend all trainings
• Participate in all summer internship cohort meetings
• Meet with your mentor weekly
• Provide evaluative feedback of the program to your cohort lead
• Serve on a local volunteer leader team with students
