Job summary

Zeta Charter Schools is seeking a New York State certified School Psychologist with a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in School Psychology to support students across our growing PreK-12 pathway.

You will lead SEL initiatives, collaborate with school leaders, and partner with families to implement high-quality student support systems. Responsibilities include crisis support, RtI participation, and psycho-educational assessments, with a focus on equity and strong professional learning with the network.

Qualifications

• New York State certified School Psychologist with a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in School Psychology.
• Proven record of supporting students in crisis and promoting growth and achievement.
• Experience collaborating with CSE and RtI teams and implementing SEL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought leader within the school community and partner with leaders, counselors, teachers, and families.
• Lead and monitor individualized growth for students needing targeted support.
• Design and support implementation of effective SEL programming with strong teacher coaching.
• Build strong relationships with students and families while upholding Zeta's EPIC values.
• Collaborate with the Student Achievement Team and CSE to support diverse learners.
• Participate on RtI teams to design and refine tiered supports.
• Conduct monolingual psycho-educational assessments to inform supports.
• Ongoing professional learning with network staff and consultants.
