Job summary

tarte cosmetics in New York City invites seniors from accredited colleges to join the Fall 2026 Retail Operations Internship. This in-person program offers hands-on experience in our NYC office and exposure to multiple departments through trainings and real projects.

You will support daily tasks, own assigned duties, and develop teamwork, leadership, and analytical skills while engaging with leaders across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student of an accredited college; seniors preferred.
• In-person based in NYC office during the fall semester.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day responsibilities in the retail operations department
• Ownership of assigned daily/weekly tasks
• Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by tarte leaders across various departments
• Work closely with leaders in various departments to complete independent projects
• Develop teamwork, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
