Job summary

tarte cosmetics invites rising seniors to join its Fall 2026 Marketing Internship in New York City. You’ll explore PR, Events, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and more within our NYC office, gaining hands-on experience across departments.

You will collaborate with industry leaders in a fast-paced environment, complete trainings, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives while developing leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Currently a student in an accredited college and rising seniors preferred.
• Ability to be in-person in NYC fall term.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing department duties.
• Own assigned daily/weekly tasks and collaborate on brand initiatives.
• Attend trainings and engagements led by tarte leaders across departments.
• Work with interns on an independent Capstone Project.
• Develop teamwork, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
