Responsibilities

• Matchmaking between top talent and leading companies in a niche market.
• High-volume lead generation via cold calls, emails, networking to connect with candidates and clients.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets to support revenue growth.
• Facilitate contract discussions, salary negotiations, and advise on market trends.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach like cold calling, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Develop market expertise by researching trends, mapping competitors, and expanding network.
• Guide clients and candidates through the interview process, managing expectations and feedback.
