Job summary

EAC Network in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a full-time Program Manager for the Parenting & Visitation Services to lead the Safe Families initiative. You will supervise staff, ensure program quality, and coordinate with courts, attorneys, ACS, and partner agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least two years in family services, with supervisory experience. Office-based with occasional evening/weekend hours; hybrid schedules and strong data reporting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in family services or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with court-involved families and supervised visitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Parenting & Visitation Services Program.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate program staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, funding and reporting requirements.
• Develop relationships with courts, attorneys, ACS, and community partners.
