Job description

Join an exceptional private household seeking an accomplished, polished PA/Property Manager to oversee the seamless operations of their NYC residence and additional properties. This fully staffed home includes a team of 4 nannies, a housekeeper, and a full‑time chef, creating an opportunity for an experienced household professional to join a collaborative and highly organized environment. This is a high‑touch role for a proactive individual who excels at anticipating needs, managing complex logistics, and ensuring every detail of the household is thoughtfully executed. Responsibilities will include high‑level calendar management for the principals, household administration, vendor coordination, account management, staff scheduling, and overseeing the daily operations of the NYC residence.

The ideal candidate will also assist with preparing additional residences for the family’s arrivals, including managing the Hamptons home and staff accommodations throughout New York and the Hamptons, while serving as the primary point of contact for household matters. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and highly resourceful, with the ability to operate independently while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, organization, and service. They naturally anticipate needs before they arise, approach challenges with a solutions‑oriented mindset, and remain composed while managing shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

This family is seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic household setting - a true operational partner who can bring structure, efficiency, and thoughtful attention to detail to every aspect of home management. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution. As a key member of the household team, you will collaborate closely with Dad’s EA, the Family Office, nannies, chef, and housekeeper to ensure seamless communication and elevated standards across all areas of the home. Strong judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to adapt to the family’s preferences are essential.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced household professional to join a sophisticated private environment and make a meaningful impact through exceptional organization, proactive support, and outstanding operational management. Please thoroughly review ALL requirements below before applying, as the family is highly selective in their hiring process.
