The Practice

1. Monday-Friday Schedule
2. No call, no weekends, no hospital cases
3. Heavy sports medicine, knee, and shoulder volume with some general cases
4. Excellent midlevel support
5. Proprietary EMR - easy to learn, reports constructed for you
6. Joining a team of 4 other surgeons

Compensation Details:

1. $800K+ expected income first year, with potential to increase each year
2. Base salary, production bonuses, and annual bonuses
3. Medical, dental, 401K, occurrence-based malpractice coverage
