Job summary

ONER Active NYC flagship store is seeking a Sales Associate who will be at the heart of the customer experience, creating welcoming, personalised interactions and helping customers discover products that make them feel confident and supported.

You will work closely with the store leadership team to contribute to sales performance, maintain exceptional store standards, support day-to-day operations, and represent the energy and values of the ONER Active community on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, warm and personalised customer experience from the moment customers enter the store.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their individual needs, preferences and goals.
• Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that reflects the ONER Active community.
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador, communicating ONER Active's values, story and culture.
• Support in-store activations, launches, community events and other key brand moments.
• Help develop lasting customer relationships and encourage long-term brand loyalty.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide thoughtful product recommendations.
• Contribute to individual and store sales targets and KPI performance.
• Confidently introduce customers to different products, collections, colours and fits.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and complete the customer's look while maintaining an authentic, service-led approach.
• Support the team in delivering strong commercial results during launches, peak trading periods and key store moments.
• Maintain awareness of daily targets and contribute positively to the store's overall performance.
