ONER Active is opening its first retail store and seeks a Stock Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations in a fast-paced New York store. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily stockroom operations and inventory processes.
  • Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock organisation at all times.
  • Manage deliveries, shipment processing, transfers, and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain efficient product flow between the stockroom and sales floor.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support inventory audits.
  • Minimise stock loss through strong operational controls and procedures.
  • Ensure all operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stockroom environment.
  • Support store opening and closing operational procedures.
  • Partner with management to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in implementing operational best practices and efficiencies.
  • Support peak trading periods, launches, and high-volume delivery days.
  • Support and guide the stock team to ensure daily operational goals are met.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure operational priorities are completed.
  • Train team members on stockroom procedures, inventory systems, and organisation standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Work closely with the sales floor team to support customer needs and product availability.
  • Ensure the sales floor remains fully replenished and visually maintained.
  • Prioritise product restocking based on customer demand and business needs.
  • Support visual merchandising changes, launches, and floor moves.
  • Ensure all products are correctly tagged, processed, and presented to company standards.
  • Assist with maintaining the premium store environment across all operational areas.

As Stock Supervisor for ONER, you will lead all back-of-house operations and inventory management processes within the store. Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will ensure stock accuracy, organisation, replenishment, and operational efficiency across all product categories.

You will play a critical role in supporting the customer journey by ensuring products are processed, replenished, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is highly organised, and takes pride in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Stockroom & Inventory Management
