Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
- GPA 2.8 or higher.
- At least one relevant internship experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for solving problems.
- Reliable transportation from office to job-sites.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple projects within commercial and historical restoration.
- Assist with scheduling and production rate tracking.
- Estimate, budget preparation and project cost control.
- Maintain safety, quality control and compliance.
- Develop client relations and business development.
- Coordinate field resources and logistics.
