Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Project Manager – Construction Management to support building construction projects and related infra work in New York City for city agencies and private clients. The role requires strong construction management capabilities and effective coordination with clients, contractors, and design professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license preferred.
• 65+ NYC SST or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction management activities from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned projects with clients, contractors, and agencies.
• Monitor progress, review schedules and costs, and report status to stakeholders.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensure contract compliance.
• Track risks, budgets, and timelines; identify corrective actions and value engineering opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation and conduct regular client meetings.
