Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY seeks a mid level Litigation Associate to join its national platform with strong handling of commercial disputes. You will work closely with trial lawyers, gain client exposure, and receive structured career development within a nationally recognized litigation practice.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of general commercial litigation experience, a NY license to practice, and a JD from a accredited law school.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of general commercial litigation experience in complex business disputes.
• Strong research and writing skills with a solid academic record.
• Current license to practice law in New York and a JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience litigating in New York state and federal courts, with large law firm training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day work on general commercial litigation matters in New York state and federal courts.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests and responses.
• Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses, and participate in motion arguments and court conferences.
• Collaborate directly with partners and senior counsel, gaining client exposure and ownership of key workstreams.
