The role blends creative direction, copywriting, strategy, and leadership, guiding projects from concept through production and launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. NYC-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of agency or in-house creative experience.
• Strong copywriting and campaign storytelling leadership.
• Experience leading social-first campaigns.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels.
• Organic and paid TikTok content strategies.
• Experience leading projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Able to lead creative teams while hands-on when needed.
• Must be based in the New York City area.

Responsibilities

• Lead social-first brand channels, including paid campaigns.
• Develop breakthrough ideas driving engagement and audience growth.
• Provide creative oversight across content strategy, copy, video, and platform execution.
• Lead projects from concept through production and launch.
• Mentor junior creatives and elevate agency standards.
• Collaborate with strategy, production, design, creator/influencer, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
