Job description

The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Contract Attorney or Staff Attorney with at least 1-2 years of Corporate and Capital Markets experience, specifically with offering documents and indentures, to support our Structured Credit Team. Strong word processing/Microsoft Word experience is required. The candidate must be admitted to practice and be in good standing in New York.

The salary wage range for this position is a minimum of $100,000 and a maximum of $142,500 annually. Actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
