Job description

The New York office of Paul Hastings is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with securities litigation experience. This is a tremendous opportunity for associates who are seeking to develop their litigation skills and take on significant responsibility in managing cases.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Drafting briefs
  2. Conducting complex legal research
  3. Drafting written discovery and producing documents
  4. Taking and defending depositions and witness interviews

Strong writing, oral advocacy, and organizational skills and outstanding academic credentials are required. Admission to the New York Bar preferred. Include cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample when applying.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
