Position Details

The Clifford Chance New York office seeks a part-time Staff Attorney for the Private Funds group.

Compensation: $100-$200 per hour, approximately 50 hours per month. Actual pay depends on qualifications and experience.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of private funds experience
• Experience with LP reviews and secondaries transactions
• Admission to the NY bar required
• Submission should include a resume and law school transcript(s)
