NY Metro Off Leash K9 Training - Dog Trainer

Are you looking for a career, not just a job?

Do you possess great customer service skills?

We are part of the fastest-growing dog training company in the country, Off Leash K9 Training, LLC. We are seeking to add a few more trainers in the Westchester and eastern Connecticut areas.

This profession is demanding and challenging. We need someone highly driven to establish professional relationships and succeed.

*Minimum job requirements:

  • Reside in or near the Westchester or western Connecticut area.
  • Able to board at least 2 dogs at your residence for 14 days at a time.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Smartphone required.
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Complete a 21-day certification process at the OLK9 Training Facility.

*Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Handle and train small and large breeds, from puppies to adults.
  • Work with dogs requiring behavior modification, from anxiety to aggression.
  • Interact professionally with the public.
  • Travel to appointments in the Stamford, CT area.
  • Pursue continuing education to improve skills in dog and human training.
  • Attend PR events.
  • Be self-motivated!

Ideal candidate qualities:

  • Strong work ethic, reliable, honest, with a passion for dogs.
  • Computer skills, including creating dog training videos.
  • Availability during peak traffic hours on weekdays and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The right person can earn $50,000-$70,000+ annually, working from home with flexibility and doing what they love!
