Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, NY bar admission, 2 years of management-side employment litigation experience, and strong written and oral skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
• 2 years of substantive experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling.
• Experience handling disputes involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and employee solicitation matters.
• Background advising clients on terminations, leaves of absence, internal investigations, reductions in force, and employment policies.
• Ability to advise on employment issues in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transactions.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to in-person collaboration in the firm’s New York office.

Candidate Profile
