Job summary
Alliance Homecare in Rockland County, NY is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our private-duty care team. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities and following each client’s plan of care.
Starting pay is $21 per hour with weekly pay, flexible 4–12 hour day and night shifts, orientation, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), sick pay and holiday pay.
Qualifications
- Active New York State HHA certificate required.
- Minimum 6 months HHA experience.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Take and record vital signs as directed.
- Report changes in condition to the RN.
- Provide care according to the client's plan of care.
