Base pay range

$90.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to assist a NY law firm needing support with consumer finance, and banking by representing banks and lenders in foreclosure and/or bankruptcy.

Job Duties/Scope: The Attorney will work to assist with foreclosures, bankruptcy, and other commercial work. Successful applicants will have at least 4+ years focused on commercial litigation in these practice areas. This is a great opportunity for Attorneys who wish to work remotely on a contract basis. This contract role has full-time hours with 40 hours per week. You must have a NY bar license for this position.

Setup: Fully Remote

Hourly: 30-40 per week (Full-Time)

Duration: 6 months+

Hourly Rate: $90-95 per hour based on experience level

Requirements:

• Must have an active law license in good standing in NY, plus factor if you also have a NJ or MA bar license
• Must have a minimum of 4+ years of Commercial Litigation involving consumer finance/banking, representing banks and/or lenders in foreclosure/bankruptcy in New York
• Client is unable to consider candidates with solo practices due to their conflict check
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and work well with in-house counsel and internal business units
• Experience and ability to work independently on a remote basis; comfortable with technology; ability and desire to work on a contract basis
