Position Summary:

The Administrative and HR Assistant will primarily work in the NYC office and report directly to the HR Manager. This role will also involve assisting with the administrative management of the NYC office. The ideal candidate will support both HR functions and general office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the office.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin required
  • Experience: Over 1 year of HR related experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, proactive and resilient, capable of driving new business initiatives and rapid iterations. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Location: Based in New York

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
