Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. Newport News Shipbuilding seeks an experienced NC Programmer/Environment owner for Siemens NX CAM.

This role maintains post processors, templates, and libraries; tests changes in DEV before production; develops the Siemens Digital Twin for Machine Simulation; and creates CAM templates and programming standards to enable front-line programmers. The role also supports VERICUT simulations, toolpath troubleshooting, and IT/data integration tasks, using VBA, Visual

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of exempt experience or Master’s Degree with 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Environment owner for NX CAM: evaluate and implement changes to templates, method libraries, tooling databases, and environment variables; manage impact and change control.

Education

Bachelor's Degree + 9 years exempt experience

Master’s Degree + 7 years professional experience
