ROCHESTER GAS & ELEC CORP is seeking a Program Manager to lead NPA and NWA projects in New York. You will manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report progress to regulators, sponsors, and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, or related field required with at least eight (8) years of practical experience.
• Strong business and technical background; understanding of utility operations; experience with budgets and cross-functional work.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional project teams and hold regular project status meetings with internal departments.
• Manage advancement of NPA/NWA programs and communicate project status to regulators and stakeholders.
• Support rate cases and regulatory requirements; maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Develop outreach and education plans for project awareness and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare reports and presentations; manage developer relationships and project expenditures.
