NVIDIA invites Ph.D. students to join our engineering internship program in California. You will work on design and implementation ideas across GPU/CPU architectures, systems, OS, AI, and distributed systems, aiming to advance NVIDIA's computing frontier.
You must be enrolled in a Ph.D. program with strong research credentials, proficient in C, C++, Python, and CUDA, and comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and external researchers to translate research into prototypes and products.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay based on the position, your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
The hourly rate for our interns is 38 USD - 94 USD.
You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
