The NV Associate Attorney will work full time in a hybrid capacity based in Reno, NV, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.
Daily responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; conducting legal research and analysis; and preparing case evaluations and reports for supervising partners and clients.
The role involves handling general liability matters and other civil litigation issues, providing legal advice, participating in negotiations, and assisting with case strategy from inception through trial or resolution.
