URBN is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Levittown, PA to troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated systems, conveyors and facility equipment. You will be the primary responder to equipment issues and support preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong mechanical/electrical skills, with the ability to read schematics and perform basic PLC diagnostics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with automation, conveyors, electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V).
• Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, AS/RS, packaging).
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations; read electrical schematics.
• Document work orders in CMMS and support RCA efforts.
• Collaborate with team, vendors, and junior technicians.

Role Summary

The Maintenance Technician II is a mid-level technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated systems, conveyors, and facility equipment. This role serves as a primary responder to equipment issues and supports preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives. Success requires reliability, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Role Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment (up to 480V)
• Maintain motors, VFDs, sensors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshot automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging equipment)
• Resolve jams, sensor faults, and minor electrical or pneumatic failures
• Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations
• Read and interpret electrical schematics; perform basic PLC/HMI diagnostics
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS
• Identify equipment issues and support continuous improvement and RCA efforts
• Collaborate with team members, vendors, and support staff; assist junior technicians

Role Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout a shift
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
