Responsibilities include planning menus, kitchen cleanliness, inventory management, and collaboration with staff to coordinate meal times and catering support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dietary departments, food service, or culinary roles preferred.
• Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques suitable for children.
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
• Experience with meal preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food quality and cleanliness.
• Certification in food safety or sanitation is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and menu plans tailored for children.

• Ensure all food handling, storage, and preparation adhere to food safety regulations.
