Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- 2 years of applicable experience in weight loss coaching, functional or integrative medicine, hormone health, GLP-1 programs, or wellness/longevity clinics.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and telehealth platforms.
- Experience with supplements and body composition analysis (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle assessments.
- Develops general programs and individualized nutrition plans aligned with patient goals, lab markers, medications, and treatment protocols.
- Provides patient education on macronutrients, blood sugar regulation, and weight management strategies.
- Monitors patient progress, adherence, and documents encounters in the EMR.
- Collaborates with Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and patient support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
