An established industry player is seeking a Program Integrity Coordinator to oversee compliance monitoring for WIC Agencies across the state. This role involves conducting clinic observations, developing reports, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure adherence to nutrition standards. The coordinator will also represent the organization at conferences and contribute to policy development aimed at enhancing nutrition security. The Program Integrity Coordinator oversees compliance monitoring for eight Local WIC Agencies, covering 56 clinics statewide. Responsibilities include clinic observation, chart review, employee interviews, and developing reports with findings, observations, and recommendations. The coordinator approves Corrective Action Plans and acts as a liaison with healthcare providers regarding special formula and medical foods requests, maintaining the WV WIC Formulary and Food Package Resource Guide.
Provide technical assistance and develop monitoring and program integrity resources related to regulation implementation, policy changes, and disaster response. Contribute to policy development and new services addressing nutrition security and State Health Improvement Plan strategies. Represent ONS at conferences through poster sessions and presentations, and prepare state reports and goals for the annual WIC State Plan.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Crossroads Management Information System, ensuring clinic operations align with policies and regulations. Complete reports on test cases and coordinate with the testing team to resolve issues and implement enhancements. Travel statewide as needed, including overnight stays.

Training: Bachelor's degree in foods and nutrition, dietetics, public health nutrition, or related field with twelve (12) hours in nutrition.
Experience: Three (3) years in nutrition-related roles within health or welfare agencies, clinics, hospitals, schools, or research settings.
Substitution: Degree programs such as Coordinated Undergraduate Program in dietetics, AP4 Program, or graduate degrees in related fields may substitute for one year of experience.
