Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a motivated Nutritional Host or Food Service Assistant to support patient meals and dining operations at multiple locations. Position offers flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, weekends, and per diem, with shifts ranging from early morning to evenings.

Candidates should have 0‑3 years of culinary experience, strong English communication, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 0‑3 years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English sufficiently
• Effective communication/interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, trayline, and basic line service.
• Serve meals and support catering events; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team across departments to ensure patient and staff satisfaction
