Mondelēz International seeks a Sr. Leader, Nutrition & Scientific Affairs to drive nutrition strategy for iconic brands in the US and Canada. You will inspire and guide a team of nutrition professionals, shape science-backed claims, and lead external engagement with policy makers and trade associations.

The role emphasizes scientific affairs leadership, advocacy, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, legal, and regulatory teams to advance Mondelēz’s mindful snacking agenda.

Qualifikationen

• Registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN)
• Experience translating science into credible messages and public speaking
• Leadership of nutrition and communications functions
• Experience with policy advocacy and trade associations
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams and external partners

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction and nutrition thought leadership for mindful snacking in NA
• Promote nutrition messaging and substantiation of science‑backed claims
• Lead external engagement with regulatory bodies, industry groups and health professionals
• Inform innovation, renovation, and policy advocacy strategies
• Direct and mentor the NSC team, onsite and remote
