The St. Vrain Valley School District's Nutrition Services is seeking a Nutrition Services Worker for Soaring Heights PK-8.

This 1.0 FTE position provides 8 hours per day across 176 days per year to help deliver nutritious meals to students in a compliant, timely manner. Responsibilities include assisting in meal preparation and serving, ensuring sanitary kitchen operations, and following National School Breakfast and Lunch guidelines for student meals.

The St. Vrain Valley School District's Department of Nutrition Services provides quality, nutritious and well balanced meals to the District's students. The Department strives to provide meals at a reasonable price and to make sure that all meals meet the National School Breakfast and Lunch nutritional guidelines providing a ¼ of the RDA (recommended dietary guidelines) at breakfast and 1/3 of the RDA'S at lunch for students. In addition to the Department's goal of providing healthy meals for students, the Department works to be an efficient, self-supporting enterprise program within the District.
