Job summary

School District 27J in Brighton, CO is seeking a part-time school food service worker to assist with preparing and serving meals in a school environment. You will help with breakfast, keep areas clean, and operate institutional equipment while following sanitation and nutrition guidelines.

• Portion food correctly to meet federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Wash trays, utensils, dishes, pans, etc. used in food preparation or service.
• Mop, sweep, and clean kitchen work area, equipment, and other facilities as required.

DESCRIPTION

Perform functions related to the preparation and serving of food in a school environment. Keep work area and equipment clean and sanitary. This position will be helping with breakfast.

SALARY

Classified, Grade H, starting at $18.58per hour, depending on recent relevant experience. 2-4 hours per day, Tuesday through Friday. 162 day / 9 month work schedule. Position is not eligible for benefits.
