The Nutrition Services Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting Augusta Health’s mission and advancing departmental goals through measurable performance indicators and service excellence. The Nutrition Services Supervisor for Retail Services is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Retail Cafeteria by leading staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role provides day-to-day supervision of team members, coordinates work assignments, monitors productivity, and supports management in maintaining efficient food service operations. The Supervisor ensures accurate recordkeeping and cash handling, promotes a safe work environment, and helps develop a high-performing team while maintaining compliance with all company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
