Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Nutrition Services Director to plan, develop, direct, and control the Dining Services department for residents. The role ensures high-quality food service, adherence to standards, and cost-effective operations while working with the Registered Dietitian to monitor patient nutrition.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, menu planning, sanitation, and leadership of the Nutrition Services team, with opportunities for growth within a compassionate

Qualifications

• CDM certification or Certified Food Service Manager required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; basic arithmetic and measurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct Dining Services operations and staff.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards to comply with regulations.
• Plan and administer departmental budget and staffing schedules.
• Coordinate with Registered Dietitian on patient nutrition plans.
• Represent Nutrition Services in staff meetings and communicate updates.
